Brief
To design Gourmet Salad Bar Chop’d’s store in Canary Wharf. Hot salads, wraps and soups served to perfection fresh everyday. This was the pilot for a rollout across London.
Challenge
The challenge of an extremely narrow site was solved by designing mobile saladettes and pay tills on castors that could wheel back inside the store when it was closed.
Result
The unit has been a real hit with Canary Wharf workers and sales forecasts have been smashed already.
