In an increasingly competitive leisure marketplace DLL wanted to sharpen their brand and ensure their new club at Fulham would exceed customer expectations.
Research into Fulham’s local demographics and the typical DLL customer profile highlighted a slight shift in expectations between out of town, and metropolitan sites. Platform were commissioned to design a club that met the higher expectations of a city venue
The design created a cool sophisticated haven of crisp, clean lines whilst mood-enhancing lighting defined different areas. The scheme included a marketing suite, reception, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, gymnasium and fitness studios.
Targets for new members were beaten by more than 25%.
