Spruce
Brief
Owned by top fashion and celebrity stylist Johan van der Merwe, Spruce is dedicated entirely to pampering the male of the species. The brief was to design branding and interiors that would appeal to men aged between 20 and 50.
Challenge
Because the unit was very small, full height mirrors were used to create an illusion of depth and bounce light around the space.
Result
A crisp black and green interior, Spruce has received an enormous amount of coverage for such a small project with articles in eight different publications from Hairdresser magazines to Mix Future Interiors and continues to go from strength to strength.
