THE CHALLENGE

Following on from the continued success of the Vodafone Customer Experience Centres in the UK and Singapore we were approached by Vodafone US to deliver interactives for their new Customer Experience Centre.

THE THINKING
Drawing on our experience in delivering customer centric interactives, we created a suite of applications for use in the centre.

THE ANSWER
The suite helps Vodafone US understand customer landscapes and position service solutions for their customers in a fun, interactive way.

THE EFFECT

Vodafone US have created their first customer experience centre in New York, engaging with new and existing customers in a more collaborative way than ever before. By creating modular software, they can add to the suite as the customer journeys mature thus ensuring longevity and flexibility which means Vodafone will stay up to date and relevant to their customers at every point of the customer journey in the CEC.
