Following the success of The Ivy Brighton, The Caprice Restaurant group owners of a host of iconic restaurants in London and of course The Ivy Collection, brought The Ivy to Manchester. Looking to create a venue that would make for an unforgettable night out. The challenge for Platform Group was to take this four-storey building in the Financial District and transform it into a landmark venue for dining in the city.

Similar to Brighton, Our brief was again eclectic, demanding and fun. Create a multi-level experience cross four floors, three distinct offerings each with their own unique personality

and make every restaurant space the talk of the town.

Bold, over the top, maximalist, a sensory over-load. Somewhere that will be remembered and talked about for years to come.

The restaurant features a variety of dining experiences to choose from. On the first floor, The Dalton Room is available for those seeking a more exclusive experience, accommodating parties of up to twenty seated guests. Then on the third floor is an Asian themed restaurant with the whole building topped with a spectacular roof terrace featuring roaring fire pits and lush foliage on the top floor. With 535 covers, The Ivy was the biggest restaurant opening in 2018.

If you want to show off, impress visitors, be seen, this is the place to come. Come dressed up to the nines then ogle at the beautiful interiors.

“Set over 4 fabulous floors, The Ivy Spinningfields oozes glamour from every Moroccan tile. The ever so trendy Manchester hot spot offers a totally new dining experience, set in the city’s financial district.”
