Juniper Networks Madrid

SCROLL DOWN

The
Challenge

Outgrowing their existing office in Madrid, Juniper Networks came to Platform to create a more social, customer-centric space.

The
Thinking

We approached the project more like a hospitality space than an office. Many client conversations were informal so needed a less conventional meeting space and back of house needed a flexible mix of spaces, from relaxed 121’s to conference rooms. The main T point and collaborative areas were placed in a central hub used by both employees and visitors, helping to keep the space vibrant, even when occupancy was low.

The
Answer

Colour, local imagery, and natural materials define the space, connecting it to Madrid’s distinct character. The design approach seamlessly blends the practical and customer-facing needs, creating a collaborative environment that brings employees and customers closer.

The
Effect

This versatile space caters to both customers and colleagues, meeting their unique requirements without compromise. The central hub adds vitality, making it vibrant even when only partially occupied. Loved by customers and colleagues alike, the approach of blending their spaces has become a blueprint for other Juniper offices.
