Challenge
Platform were asked to create somewhere that embodies the Juniper values and helps staff to be collaborative and think creatively.

Thinking
We started the project looking through the extensive research and employee surveys, then conducted workshops with key stakeholders. From this we created a strategy and the design direction and vision was formed.
The
Answer
Using an agile working methodology as the starting point, spaces were designed to reflect how the teams interacted.
The
Effect
The British Council for Offices award-winning scheme has proved so popular with staff and customers that Platform have been retained to work on projects throughout Europe.
